Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices mentioned on the product pages are exclusive of VAT, as we specialize in B2B sales. Shipments abroad may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which must be borne by the buyer.
We offer deliveries within Germany as well as to the European Union. For customers from Germany, it is possible to pick up the goods by prior arrangement or as an option directly in the webshop. Pick-up for customers from the European Union is by individual arrangement.
Delivery options within Germany
- Collection: Free of charge by arrangement.
- Standard Shipping: A shipping fee of 6 euros.
- Express production + express shipping: 26 Euro total flat rate.
- Express production + pick-up: 20 Euro flat rate.
Delivery options to the European Union (except Germany)
- Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of 16 euros.
- Express production + express shipping: 40 Euro total flat rate.
Shipping digital products
There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
Pick-up on site
To pick up a product, please make an appointment with us by e-mail or form so that we have the goods ready for you and an employee is on site for you.
Pick-up is free of charge.

If this is already occupied, additional parking spaces are available on the site without “Rented” or “Company” signage.
